About this app
EvolvePoint AI operates n8n Automation to help home-service and contracting businesses manage customer leads, follow-up emails, and appointments.
Information processed
The workflow processes information submitted through lead and booking forms, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, requested services, project budgets, timelines, and appointment details.
When a Google account owner authorizes the app, it uses Google Sheets to save, retrieve, and update lead records; Gmail to send workflow emails; and Google Calendar to retrieve and manage appointment information.
AI analysis and sharing
For qualified leads, the workflow sends the lead ID, customer name, email address, phone number, requested service, budget, and timeline to OpenAI to generate a summary, priority rating, and recommended next step.
Lead details and analysis are shared with the business receiving the inquiry through its configured spreadsheet and notification emails. Google and OpenAI process information needed to provide their respective services.
Storage and retention
Lead records, emails, and appointments are stored in the connected Google services. Workflow execution records may also contain customer information in the n8n installation. Retention depends on the settings and deletion practices of those systems. Disconnecting a Google account does not automatically delete previously stored records.
Your choices
Google account owners can revoke the app’s access through their Google Account connections settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information handled by EvolvePoint AI, contact mavisbambor@gmail.com. Records controlled by a contracting business may require a request to that business.
Google user data
EvolvePoint AI’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements. Google user data will not be sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models.
