EvolvePoint AI · Coming soon
We’re building and testing tools to help contractors manage leads, follow up with customers, and streamline appointment booking.
Our tools are still in development and testing and are not yet available. We don’t promise specific business results.
Services
These are the pieces we’re building and testing, described in plain terms. Nothing here is available to purchase yet.
Collect inquiries from your form and save them in an organized spreadsheet, one row per lead.
Route leads using criteria you choose, such as project budget, so the right inquiries get attention first.
Send configured responses and booking information to the customer after they submit a request.
Alert you or your office by email when a qualified inquiry arrives.
Summarize the details a customer submitted and suggest a next action. Summaries are an aid, and you decide what to do.
Match bookings to the right lead record and update that lead's status.
Every business is different. These ideas are not part of what we’re currently building, but we’re happy to hear what would be useful to you:
Nothing here is promised or available yet.
How It Works
No technical background needed. Here is the process we expect to follow, explained in plain language.
We talk through how a business handles leads today, from first inquiry to booked appointment.
We set up the workflow and connect the accounts the business authorizes.
We try out lead submissions, emails and appointment handling before anything goes live.
We launch the agreed workflow and talk through what ongoing support looks like.
This describes our intended approach. We have no launch date to announce yet.
A made-up scenario to show how the pieces are meant to fit together. It is not a real customer, and the tools are still being built and tested.
A customer submits an estimate request.
The lead is saved in a spreadsheet.
Qualification rules run, for example against a budget threshold.
A qualified lead is summarized, with a suggested next step.
The business receives an alert.
The customer receives booking information.
The customer books an appointment.
The lead's status is updated.
This sequence is a hypothetical walkthrough, not a case study or a claim about results.
About
EvolvePoint AI focuses on practical automation for home-service and contracting businesses. The goal is straightforward: help capture inquiries, keep lead details organized, and keep follow-up from slipping.
We’re building with tools such as n8n, Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar and OpenAI, and we keep the explanations in plain language.
EvolvePoint AI operates the Google-connected app n8n Automation, which is used by these workflows while they are in development and testing. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
FAQ
We’re building for home-service and contracting businesses, such as roofers, remodelers and pool companies, and similar service providers that receive estimate requests and need to follow up with them.
Customization is part of the plan: qualification criteria, email wording and notifications are meant to be configurable. Larger ideas, such as SMS or CRM connections, are not part of what we’re building right now.
The workflow in development uses Google Sheets, Gmail and Google Calendar, so access would be authorized from a Google account. It also uses n8n for the automation and OpenAI for summaries. Details may change before anything launches.
No. AI summaries and suggested next steps are meant to assist the business. They may contain mistakes or miss context, so they may need review. The business decides how to respond to each lead.
Lead details are saved in the connected Google services, and qualified-lead details are sent to OpenAI to produce summaries. Workflow records may also contain customer information in the n8n installation. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
We don’t have a launch date to share yet. The tools are still in development and testing. If you’d like to get in touch, email us.
